Refund Policy
At Cologne Authority, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in the authenticity and quality of every product we offer and stand confidently behind each order.
For Samples:
We guarantee that every sample you receive has been meticulously hand-decanted from an authentic, original bottle. Due to the highly personal nature of fragrance and the exploratory intent of sampling, all sample vials, curated sets, and discovery sets are considered final sale and are non-refundable once opened or used.
Refunds or returns for sample items can only be honored if the product remains unopened, unused, and in its original condition within 14 days.
For Full-Size Bottles:
Full-size fragrances may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and remains in its original condition, with all packaging intact—including cellophane, branded boxes, caps, and inserts.
If a product does not meet these criteria, our quality control team will evaluate its condition. If approved, the return may be eligible for store credit only. For items returned that have been opened or used, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
In the rare case that a product arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 days of delivery for a prompt resolution. We’ll be happy to offer a refund, replacement, or exchange.
For All Orders:
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Return policies outlined above apply to orders within the Continental United States. A flat return shipping fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error or damaged product.
To initiate a return, kindly contact us at support@cologneauthority.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund accordingly. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been issued.
